This networking, learning and support group is designed for school-based therapists and mental health support staff. This meeting will be hybrid [virtual & in-person opportunities] and is free in districts, charter schools and private schools within the Region.
This group will provide peer consultation, debriefing, best practices and mental health resources, outside presenters & training opportunities to support the professional journey of a school-based mental health professional.
The focus of the group is to help build community across school-based therapists and mental health providers while allowing for room to collaborate, learn and feel supported by professional peers and colleagues.
Our goal is for participants to leave each meeting feeling that the meeting was productive
and resourceful.
This group is designed to provide a supportive, judgment-free, confidential and safe space to collaborate, work through issues faced in your schools and understand the emotional weight of working with students impacted by traumatic experiences, while recognizing the challenges of those navigating complex care settings.
