Restorative Practices Campus Coordinator Tier 2 Training (Module 2)
Through interactive discussions and role play activities, this course will cover essential topics such as repairing the harm and how the student behavior affects others. Participants will gain the skills to facilitate open dialogue in conflicts through guided questions. The participants will understand their role as a Restorative Practitioner or Restorative Coordinator in helping individuals repair harm and rebuild relationships. Additionally, they will learn how to support individuals in accepting responsibility for their actions. Module 1: Administrator Training is a pre-requisite for this 6-hour course.
