This 4-hour training offers an in-depth exploration of the Fidelity Continuum Scale (FCS), a vital tool for school districts aiming to effectively implement Restorative Practices (RP). Modules 1, 2, and 3 are prerequisites for this training. Recognizing that RP is a PROCESS, not a PROGRAM, participants will learn how to develop and execute a sustainable three to five-year implementation plan that starts small and gradually expands. Using the knowledge and skills from previous RP training, educators will track and measure their application within their schools. This FCS will provide a reliable and efficient measure of the extent to which school personnel are applying the key components of RP.
