MHS 5: Behind the Behavior: Using the MTSS Process to Strategize and Determine Tiered Levels of Support for Students
ESC Region 13 - 01 Austin Campus
6.00 CPE Credits
$150.00

Step into the shoes of a student navigating real challenges faced in today’s schools. This immersive, empathy-building simulation helps educators better understand how mental and behavioral health needs can influence emotions, behavior, relationships, and learning. Through guided reflection and discussion, participants will strengthen their ability to recognize signs of distress and respond with compassion.

The professional development course also includes opportunities to discuss practical Tier I strategies any educator can use to support students in the classroom, while exploring how licensed and certified providers, at Tier II and Tier III, could design skill building sessions for identified students. Leave with strategies to implement in your school.
