This 3-hour training emphasizes the critical impact of involving parents and guardians in the educational process, recognizing them as the first educators and essential partners in promoting student success. Through discussions and role play, parents will learn to use the Respect Agreement, and I Message with their children at home. Educators will discover how to effectively engage families, cultivate supportive learning environments, and strengthen community ties.
