Elementary RLA: From Chaos to Clarity: Differentiated Literacy Centers-San Marcos
ESC Region 13 - San Marcos
6.00 CPE Credits
$100.00

Literacy centers can be one of the most powerful parts of the instructional day—but without clear systems and purpose, they can quickly become overwhelming.

This session focuses on transforming center time into a structured, meaningful, and manageable part of your classroom routine.

Participants will explore how to design literacy centers that promote independence, maximize instructional time, and meet the diverse needs of K–2 learners. Teachers will learn practical strategies for building strong routines, simplifying rotations, and creating activities that students can successfully complete on their own.

The session will also focus on differentiation made manageable—using flexible structures and purposeful tasks to support all learners without adding extra workload. Through examples, planning time, and ready-to-use resources, teachers will leave with a clear plan to move from chaos to clarity and make literacy centers work in their classrooms.
