You've explored the toolkits, implemented new practices, and experienced the impact of Building Thinking Classrooms in your own setting—now it's time for the next chapter. Designed exclusively for participants who have completed the Region 13 Building Thinking Classrooms three-day workshop series, this follow-up session provides an opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and refine your implementation journey. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions to celebrate successes, analyze challenges, and learn from one another's experiences implementing Toolkits 1–3. The workshop will also introduce Toolkit 4 of the Building Thinking Classrooms framework and highlight any recent updates and insights from the evolving work of Building Thinking Classrooms. Special attention will be given to refining implementation practices to ensure all learners can thrive in thinking classrooms. Participants will explore strategies for creating thinking classrooms that support all learners, including emergent bilingual students and students receiving special education services, through intentional scaffolds and supports that preserve opportunities for thinking and problem solving. Join fellow educators as we continue building classrooms where all students are empowered to think, collaborate, and engage deeply in mathematics.
