Are you preparing to present your Gifted and Talented (GT) program updates to your local school board? This workshop is designed to build both clarity and confidence as you prepare for this critical task.
Together, we will:

Discuss strategies for showcasing program growth and student impact across all campuses

Implement ready-to-use templates to develop a well-structured and impactful presentation
By the end of this session, participants will leave with tools, practical strategies, and the confidence to deliver a compelling presentation that meets the Texas State Plan requirements while celebrating the success of their gifted students.
This is a repeat of the session offered to districts in January 2027.
