This two-day PLC Network focuses on strengthening collaborative teams, using data to drive instruction, and revisiting the essential elements of high-functioning PLCs. Designed for campus PLC leadership teams to attend together, this workshop builds capacity to establish clear goals, implement structured protocols, and foster a culture of continuous improvement so PLC systems function effectively.
Participants will explore strategies to build trust and transparency, creating a safe environment where all members feel valued and empowered to engage in meaningful dialogue about student learning. The session emphasizes structures for in-depth collaboration, enabling teams to analyze data, identify learning gaps, and plan targeted instructional responses.
Participants will also gain ready-to-implement tools and protocols to lead data-driven PLC conversations. Educators will learn how to interpret and act on data, celebrate successes, identify areas for growth, and develop actionable plans that improve student outcomes.
