Based on years of research and work in the field, the Region 13 PLC Services team is proud to present this one-day workshop on Coaching PLC Teams. This session equips instructional coaches with strategies for coaching PLC teams toward stronger collaboration, trust, and collective ownership of student learning. Participants explore team development, coaching roles, Jim Knight’s partnership principles, goal setting, common formative assessment, data analysis, and strategies for navigating resistance while building team capacity and autonomy.
In addition, each participant will receive Cards for Coaching: PLC Edition, a fun game of coaching scenarios and question stems created to foster dialogue and build a coach's toolbox to respond to any situation that comes their way!
