Restorative Practices: Early Childhood Training
This customized on-site training is designed to support the unique restorative practices needs of a campus or district team. The content will focus on Early Childhood development.
Training activities may include restorative circles, relationship-building strategies, communication tools, conflict resolution, scenario discussions, and opportunities for guided practice. The specific topics, format, and level of depth will be developed in collaboration with campus leadership and may range from a focused session of several hours to a multi-day professional learning experience.
Participants will leave with practical restorative tools and strategies that can be applied to strengthen relationships, improve communication, respond to behavior, and support a more connected and accountable campus culture.
