Join us for the 2027 ESC Region 13 Dyslexia Symposium, a full day of learning designed to strengthen knowledge, practice, and support for students with dyslexia and related literacy needs.
Our Keynote Speaker will be Dr. Jessica Toste, a Professor in the Department of Special Education and Distinguished Teaching Professor at The University of Texas at Austin. She will be presenting on Goal Chasers: How Motivation Theory Can Inform and Enhance Reading Intervention.
The symposium will also feature a wide range of practical, timely sessions on dyslexia law and compliance, evaluation and identification, dysgraphia, structured literacy, executive functioning, comprehension, writing, morphology, spelling, grammar, and language development. Participants will also have opportunities to explore specialized topics such as multisensory math, support for emergent bilingual students, secondary dyslexia, REWARDS, and creating literacy-rich environments.
Whether you are a teacher, dyslexia specialist, interventionist, evaluator, SLP, administrator, or instructional leader, you’ll leave with practical strategies, resources, and a deeper understanding of how to support students with dyslexia across grade levels and content areas.
Grow your knowledge, strengthen your practice, and help every learner thrive.
