This series of meetings will be held to facilitate professional development and address issues specific to autism specialists in Region XIII. This group of specialists will have the initial responsiblity to research and develop social skills assessment and curriculum. Speakers, topics and/or projects for the last three meetings will be determined by the participants in the first meeting and feedback from specialists that were unable to attend. Any other issues will be developed during the course of the year by group consensus. This training is for identified district autism specialists only.
