This workshop engages the individual and team metacognitively to address societal bias and individual unintended and unconscious bias that promotes barriers to equitable recruitment, retention and success in STEM.  The workshop is centered around the reflective cycle of What, So What, and Now What, to promote a successful implementation, maintenance, and growth for an environment that promotes equitable recruitment, persistence, and student success in STEM. Participants will leave the workshop with a results-oriented outcomes action plan to implement their vision… "Think Globally, Act Locally"
