CACFP: Food Production Records For Adult Day Care

Food Production Records for Adult Care teaches participants how to accurately complete required Food Production Records in order to support successful management, facilitate communication and document compliance with the CACFP adult care meal pattern requirements. 

Objectives:

By the end of this class, participants will be able to:  

  • Recognize a food production record (FPR) and identify the appropriate forms to use.
  • Understand how the FPR tool is a helpful management and communication tool.
  • Recognize all data required to be in a FPR.
  • Exhibit the ability to complete a FPR.
