PBIS Booster Session

Give your PBIS framework the boost that it needs!  This session is designed for campuses that have been trained in the implementation of PBIS. It would be most beneficial to attend this training as a PBIS team, but can be attended individually. Whether you have had administrator or staff turn-over or just need to rejuvenate your PBIS process, this session will help you develop a plan to increase fidelity of implementation. Take a fresh look at your processes and expectations, assess your level of implementation, and get new ideas to liven up your approach to PBIS.  We will go through the PBIS Benchmarks of Quality and provide real-world examples for each of the critical elements (PBIS team, Faculty commitment, Effective procedures for dealing with discipline, Data entry and analysis plan, Expectations and rules developed, Lesson plans for teaching expectations and rules, Implementation plan, Classroom systems, and Evaluation). Region 13 staff will be on hand during work times to assist with questions and guidance in the develop an action plan for the upcoming school year.
