About PBIS
Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS) is an evidence-based practice for putting systems in place that support positive academic and behavioral outcomes on your campus.
The PBIS framework allows for campuses to develop infrastructure for school-wide behavior and discipline management.
PBIS is part of a multi-tiered system of support designed to provide school environments, educators and students a menu of school-wide and classroom based support that will improve behavior and increase academic success.

- Identify a district contact for planning, coordination and communication purposes; and
- Provide dedicated funding for continued support of the PBIS initiative (multiple year support, reinforcement systems, additional trainings identified by action plan, etc).
