RtI Team Training

Students at any grade level can sometimes experience significant problems that threaten to derail their progress and even lead to their eventually dropping out of school. A school’s RtI Problem-Solving Team (or RtI team) is responsible for analyzing student data and for identifying students in need of intensive and strategic intervention. The RtI Team training teaches school and district RtI teams how to implement the essential components of a tiered intervention model: 1) Identify the student problem 2) analyze the data 3) implement an evidence-based intervention plan 4) monitor progress of intervention students on an ongoing basis.

School or district teams of 4-10 people will attend 3 days of RtI Team training in August, October, and May of the 2018-19 school year. They will also be able to choose to attend 2 half day trainings of RtI workshops at Region 13. The total cost of $2500 covers all of the team training and the day of a RtI workshop. A discount to the 2018 RtI Conference at Region 13 will be provided for participating RtI teams.
