The Charter School Behavior Network has been created in order to provide charter schools with behavior support targeted to their unique needs. This group will meet monthly for two hours to gain strategies, support, and ideas through training, problem solving and networking. We will meet through zoom to gain knowledge and insight with live presentations or facilitated recordings from the MTSS staff at Region 13. The focus is on supporting students in special education with behavior challenges in a charter school environment. We will include a variety of best practice strategies and interventions in all three tiers.
The last thirty minutes of each meeting will be reserved for networking, problem sharing and solving, and support from other charter school staff that understand the unique challenges that come with being a charter school. Sign up once and have access to all the information. You can register at any time. If you cannot join us on the day of the meeting, or if you missed a meeting already, you will still have access to the recorded version through Canvas. Each recording will be available until the next meeting. Any and all charter school staff are encouraged to join us so spread the word.
