Restorative Practices Tier 1 Training
This customized on-site training is designed to support the unique restorative practices needs of a campus or district team. The content may focus on Tier 1 community-building practices, Tier 2 strategies for addressing conflict and repairing harm, Tier 3 approaches for re-entry and serious incidents, or a combination of the three tiers.
Training activities may include restorative circles, relationship-building strategies, communication tools, conflict resolution, repairing-harm processes, re-entry supports, scenario discussions, and opportunities for guided practice. The specific topics, format, and level of depth will be developed in collaboration with campus leadership and may range from a focused session of several hours to a multi-day professional learning experience.
Participants will leave with practical restorative tools and strategies that can be applied to strengthen relationships, improve communication, respond to behavior, and support a more connected and accountable campus culture.
