Registration: Conference registration is confirmed upon receipt of the E-Campus confirmation message. For registration assistance, FAQs, and contact information please see https://ecampus.esc13.net/custom/public/begin.html. Substitution Policy: Substitutions may be made up to January 20th, 2015 - please notify our staff development team to make the necessary adjustments: 512-919-5456; or email questions@esc13.net Cancelation Policy: Once logged into the E-Campus system, navigate to the Current Workshop List. Click the CANCEL button to right side of your screen next to the conference. If you do not see a CANCEL button, you must contact the staff development helpdesk to cancel. Email your request to questions@esc13.net. If payment has already processed please contact questions@esc13.net. Cancelations received after December 19, 2014, will not be eligible for refunds. No exceptions. Payment Methods: You must provide payment at the time of registration. We cannot process a registration without valid payment. If you are paying by purchase order you must enter a valid purchase order number in the appropriate field during the checkout process. Invoices will be mailed within a month of registration. Please DO NOT send check payment until an invoice has been sent to you. If you are paying by credit card you must enter your credit card information in the appropriate fields during the checkout process. Please note - registrations with invalid Purchase Order numbers are subject to cancelation. |
