AI for Coaching

Coaching thrives on relationships, reflection, and meaningful dialogue. Instructional coaches support teachers in refining their practice and improving student learning. Traditionally, this work has been built on in-person conversations and observations. But with AI becoming more advanced, it’s starting to shape coaching in new ways. When used well, AI can enhance—not replace—the human side of coaching, offering powerful insights and tools that help coaches and teachers work smarter and more effectively.
