IC: Jim Knight Institute-Measuring the Coaching Impact with Jim Knight: Individual Session 2023-24 - In Person
Measuring the Coaching Impact - Individual Session (In Person)

Presented by Jim Knight

Leaders need to be able to show the impact of their coaching program and coaches want to see that their work influences student learning outcomes. What instructional coach practices result in quality classroom instruction and student growth? What tools measure productive professional development? In this workshop, leaders and coaches will work together to devise plans that help get a clear picture of coaching success.

Participants will:

  • Learn how to use different tools to help gauge success

  • Understand how to successfully communicate impact expectations

  • Explore how to promote success in a coaching program

This workshop is also available virtually.
