When coaches work with teachers, having clarity around the goals is essential. As a coach, how can you make sure you and your teachers are going in the same direction? How can you help a teacher build a strong goal using data? In this workshop, you will explore strategies that promote building clear goals, and how to measure success.
Participants will:

Practice building goals, and how to clearly communicate them to your teachers

Learn how to support your thoughts with data, and how to use that data in conversations with teachers

Explore how to promote goals with data
